One of Nigeria’s leading creative agencies, Noah’s Ark Communication Limited, through its strategy and research unit “The ARKive”, has released a report carried out to measure the expectation of brands and consumers as it relates to major events happening in December.
The report titled “Disembah 2021” brings to the fore some uncertainties arising from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic that would shape the mind of consumers and businesses particularly as it relates to the appropriateness of the time for execution of major experiential events that happen in December. The report also helps to uncover the nuances of consumers and brands in readiness for December 2021.
The report, which was conducted between September and October 2021, captured the responses of hundreds of consumers and dozens of brand owners in Nigeria.
Speaking on the survey report, the Managing Director/Chief Creative Officer of Noah’s Ark Group, Mr. Lanre Adisa explained that the Agency is taking the lead through its ARKive research brand in conducting consumer, industry, and brand surveys in order to make available valuable resources for brands, consumers and even research students.
According to Adisa, this report is a sequel to an earlier report by the ARKive in March 2020 titled “The impact of Coronavirus on Nigerian businesses” which assessed how Nigerian businesses and their workforce were responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.
He commended the ARKive research and strategy team for making this report possible despite the various challenges encountered in making it happen before November.
“We strongly believe that the outcome of the report would help some brands and consumers to make useful (buying) decisions or make plans during this yuletide season especially at a time when the Lagos State Government had announced the likely possibility of a fourth wave of COVID-19”, he said.
He stated that the report can be accessed by individuals, corporate organizations, and agencies by visiting or downloading it for free on the company’s website noahsark.com.ng.
He noted that the survey report forms part of the company’s contribution towards the growth of the marketing communication industry in Nigeria.
