Media Seal, one of Nigeria’s foremost media specialist companies and the Worldwide Partner Inc (WPI) agency in West Africa has announced the appointment of former Media and Communications Manager of Friesland Campina in West Africa, Oluwafemi Adeniba as its new General Manager.
This appointment comes on the heels of the retirement of its former Managing Director, HRH Ayodele Kupoluyi from the agency after almost fifteen years of meritorious service to the company.
Group Managing Director, Rosabel, Mr. Ayo Oluwatosin while speaking on Adeniba’s appointment, said: “Adeniba’s IT background with his media /communication manager role in the past, puts him in a good stead to succeed, working with the Media Seal team; in the new role media is supposed to play in the unfolding era of marketing automation. Adeniba is coming into a culture where integrity, excellence and sound business ethos are the norm.’
A Board member of the Global Forum for Marketing, Data & Measurement (I-COM), Adeniba holds a BSc in Computing from the University of Portsmouth, UK and an Executive MBA of the Lagos Business School. Adeniba has also attended the highly rated IESEC Business School, Barcelona.
Adeniba joined Procter & Gamble West Africa in 2002 as a WPS/IT Assistant from where he later joined Friesland Campina WAMPCO in 2004. He was made Media & Communications Manager for Nigeria in 2008, a position he held till 2014.He was responsible for developing strategic media plans along with brand building goals among others.
According to the Group Managing Director, Ayo Oluwatosin, the appointment of Adeniba to head Media Seal is part of the overall strategic game plan at advancing the frontiers of professional excellent service delivery to our clients and reiterating our thought leadership position in the industry.
